I bought several of the Curve sharpeners as gifts a couple of years ago based on the larger model my friend had. After only a couple of years of use...they seem to be 'useless' and worn out. Is there something I can do to make them work again. Seems like the sharpening stones are smoothed out and worn.

I DO NOT KNOW IF ANY OF THE OTHER BUYERS FOR THE V-SHARP CLASSIC II HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS, I'VE HAD. SINCE I BOUGHT MINE IN APRIL, IT CAME WITH THE RED COLORED DIAMOND RODS, FOR SHARPENING. WE JUST USE THE V-SHARP IN OUR HOME KITCHEN, THATS ALL. I HAD TO SEND MY RED COLORED DIAMOND SHARPENING RODS IN, BECAUSE THE DIAMOND COATING CAME OFF,, LIKE IT DID NOT WANT TO STICK TO THE METAL UNDERNEATH. NOW THE SAME PROBLEM IS HAPPENING TO ME AGAIN. I HAVE LOOKED AND THE RODS ARE $32.00 EACH,, FOR THE RED, GREEN, BLUE,, I CANNOT THINK OF ANY REASON WHY THIS IS HAPPENING. TO ME, ITS LIKE THE DIAMOND COATING,, DOES AND WILL NOT STICK TO THE METAL UNDERNEATH. AFTER TIME,, IT JUST FLAKES OFF,, PEALS OFF,, HOW EVER YOU WANT TO SAY IT. I JUST CANNOT SEE,, BUYING MORE DIAMOND RODS,, THAT DO NOT LAST. SINCE WE ARE LUCKY TO SHARPEN THE KITCHEN KNIFES EVERY 2-3-4 MONTHS. I PERSONALLY DO NOT HAVE A GOOD FEED-BACK FOR THIS PRODUCT,, AND THE DIAMOND SHARPENING RODS.

my husband bought the V-SHARP CLASSIC II at a gunshow, It seemed worth the expensive price until I realized we use it possibly a few times a year and the plastic guides have broken. Now, it seems poor quality and has no durable qualities. I would never purchase another and would not recommend to anyone. I'm very disappointed in your product.

I received the V-SHARP CLASSIC 2 as a gift. I like the sharpener, however after sharprning 10 knives, the 325 grit rods are worn out. I doubt if I will reorder.

How long do the diamond rods last? Have had a v-sharp classic II for 5-6 months with 2X weekly use on stainless kitchen and a few 1% carbon knives. Now the rods seem to be much less effective. Is that expected wear?

spring popped off V-SHARP CLASSIC II while trying to do my first knife. finally got the spring re-connected, then by the time i got to my 3rd knife, the diamond plating seemed to be peeling off. sure i could send it back, but then i would be out almost $30 in shipping back and forth. save your money, get a stone!!

I have purchased two warthog v-sharp sharpeners. One at a FNAWS mtg one just ordered from you directly. The second is a V sharp extreme edge and I've tried everything to get it to work. I have Chicago cutlery and I just can't get them sharp. Not sure what I could do differently. Thought about sending sharpener and couple knives back to you to see if you could do better but thought I would get your advice. Let me know what I might do or I'm just going to toss my sharpener.

I'm hoping to get a good sharpener for my husband for cooking and hunting knives for his birthday next month. I wanted the Classic II, but an Amazon reviewer says it has been discontinued because it doesn't hold up over time and that is why it is out of stock here. Are the classic II complaints warranted, because I suspect that is the one my husband would prefer.
i got one of your curve sharpners and i am not happy with it at all ,,i would like to return it ,,how do i do it …i do not want the item,,,,i need to return it ASAP.

I have a V-Sharp Classic and can not find rods for it. I bought a classic II about two months ago and I hate it. I really need new rods for my Classic. When will you have them in stock?

I just received the multi edge knife sharpener. I'm not satisfied with the product. What is your return policy?

I purchased the xtreme edge vsharp sharpener for my husband and he used it maybe two times and the spring popped off. Wondering if we can get a replacement or if we sent ours in we could get it repaired?
ordered new blades for my v-shape around january of this year did not last long already need new ones. did i order the wrong ones or what? there may be somethingelse wrong for all i know etc.
I've had your curve knife sharpener about six mouth and it will not sharpen a knife now dew to the cheap coating coming off the sharpening blades. I want you to replace this sharpener with a good sharpener or refund my money. I will pay the difference .

I have only used this sharpener a handful of times since I bought it. I took it off the shelf I keep it on at home over the weekend and for the SECOND time I find that a blade guide arm is broken at the screw hole point. It does an OKAY job when you can keep it in one piece, but I'm very disappointed that a sharpener that costs $125+ is so fragile. Why did you ever quit making the guides out of aluminum, to save a buck? I'll probably get this one fixed and get rid of it and find something that's more heavy duty.

I was told when I purchased your product that obtaining parts would - "be NO PROBLEM". Now I have a very expensive knife sharpener that the rods are "OUT OF STOCK FOR THE PAST YEAR" !!!!Ken - Clearwater FL 1/5/16
